January is School Board Appreciation Month and we are so fortunate to have such an amazing Board! Our board members dedicate countless hours supporting our school, students, staff, and district, and are committed to ensuring WWTC is the best in every way.

The WWTC Board of Education:

Tom Sexton represents Zone 5 and has served WWTC for 17 years. He is the owner of Okemah Insurance in Okemah.

Don Chesser represents Zone 4 and has served WWTC for 11 years. He held the position of Director of Student Services at WWTC for 10 years before retiring in 2009.

Shelley Carter represents Zone 1 and has served WWTC for 9 years. She was an Instructor for WWTC for 19 years before retiring in 2010. She currently works as a teacher for the Holdenville School District.

Robert Reilly II represents Zone 2 and has served WWTC for 5 1/2 years. He owns Parks Brothers Funeral Home in Okemah.

James Berry III represents Zone 3 and has served WWTC for 3 years. He is the Vice-President for Mabrey Bank in Weleetka.
