Lieutenant Strand, Deputy Beckham, K9 Onyx, Corporal Bristow, and K9 JR from Shawnee OK Police Department spent time yesterday at Bethel High School Bethel Middle School and Bethel Lower Elementary School for Red Ribbon Week.
They did a canine demonstration and talked with students about the choices they can make if offered drugs. They also dicussed the negative affect drugs can have on you.
We would like to thank the schools for allowing us to come and talk with their students.
We would also like to thank Shawnee OK Police Department for allowing Cpl. Bristow to come and assist us.
