Of the 3,985 people living in Spencer in 2020, 51.7 percent (2,060) were women and 48.3 percent (1,925) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East OKC News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 115. In the 65 and over age range, there were 586 females and 398 males.
