Of the 3,147 people living in Bethel Acres in 2019, 49.6 percent (1,562) were women and 50.4 percent (1,585) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East OKC News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 926-to-901. In the 65 and over age range, there were 268 females and 244 males.
