Two Southeastern students from a state finalist team of eight competed at the newly rebranded Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) — Collegiate National Leadership Conference. The event was held at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago this summer.

Both SE students placed as national finalists in several of their competitive events — Dr. Luqman Dabiri earned 5th place honors in Marketing Concepts and 6th place in  Business Sustainability, while Rachael Gentges placed 10th in Justice Administration.

Any undergraduate or graduate student of any major can join FBLA — Collegiate. To join, contact, Dr. Luci Parmer, Massey Endowed Professor of Business and faculty adviser, at lparmer@se.edu.
