Our office is seeking public assistance in identifying a suspect(s) involved in a shooting on Interstate 40 and the Earlsboro Ext 192 on the Eastbound side late between Saturday night 8/6/2022 11:30 pm and early Sunday morning 8/7/2022 12 am.

The victims were driving a white 4-door Ford pickup Eastbound in the area of the Grand Casino when they first encountered a dark color small SUV with a roof rack believed to have Texas plates. The victims believe the vehicle might be a Toyota Rav4 purple in color.

The suspect(s) vehicle encountered the victims by tailgating them and flashing bright lights at them twice between the Grand Casino and the Earlsboro exit before shooting at them. The victims exited Interstate 40 at exit 192 and the suspect(s) continued East on the interstate.
