The Lady Rangers look to snap a three game losing streak as the team returns home for the first game in Percefull Fieldhouse since January 7th in a win against Arkansas Monticello 59-52.

Northwestern comes in with a 7-6 overall record and a 3-6 GAC mark and 6-2 at home in Percefull Fieldhouse. Oklahoma Baptist also looks to snap a three game losing streak as the Bison are now 6-3 in conference. 

The Lady Rangers will look to avoid a sweep against the Bison this season after dropping the first meeting between the two teams in Shawnee. Overall in the series Oklahoma Baptist leads 9-8 since 2016. The Bison enter on a three game win streak against the Rangers. 

Last time out Northwestern fell in a close battle on the road to East Central 80-73. Simpson led Northwestern with 20 points as one of four players in double figures as Talayah Thomas and Chrissen Harland each at 13 points and Carly Craig with 12 in the loss. This was the second time all season the Lady Rangers allowed 80 points. 

Northwestern Oklahoma State has been led by Faith Simpson on the season averaging 16.7 points per game this season one of three double figure scorers joined by Camille Thomas and Carly Craig who average 12.2 and 11.1 points. On the season Craig leads the team with 74 assists with Talayah Thomas second with 30 assists this year. 

On the defensive side of the ball the Lady Rangers are led by Simpson with a team high 35 steals and a team high 15 blocks. Craig is second with 34 steals, with Camille Thomas second with six. Simpson and Thomas are tied at 6.9 rebounds per game each with Nikya Orange third with 5.9 per game. On the season Northwestern is allowing 59.1 points per game which is a conference best.

Oklahoma Baptist:

The Bison enter Saturday looking to snap a three game losing streak after losses to Harding, Arkansas Tech, and Southwestern. Bison had a perfect conference record before the recent losing streak and now find their record 6-3. Oklahoma Baptist is 4-3 on the road this season. 

They have three players averaging double figures in Erika Ankney at 16.8 for a team high followed by Madison Chambers and Jaedyn Getman. Chambers leads the team with 43 assists on the season with Ankney close behind with 39. 

Defensively the Bison are led by Chambers with 25 steals on the season followed by Ankney with 23 on the year. Jill Leslie leads the team with 24 blocks on the year followed by Sierra Copeland with 10. Leslie leads the team with 5.2 rebounds per game followed by Getman with 4.7.
